Protection systems and transport biological samples
Our blood components transport systems have been custom designed for the needs of customers who are attentive to the new regulations in force and the need to transport blood components and blood bags with specific temperatures.
The transport system is available in three versions:
A- Blood components transport system with capacity up to 10 blood bags of 450 ml
B- Blood components transport system with capacity up to 20 blood bags of 450 ml
C- Blood components transport system with capacity up to 20 blood bags of 450 ml with temperature tests carried out by a third party.

Crystal mate bag with patented hermetic closure for the transport of whole and processed blood bags characterized by:
– a patented double safety hermetic closure which ensures, with absolute certainty, the non-leakage of any biological liquid;
– transparent material that allows the constant display of the internal contents allowing the operator to monitor any breakages of blood bags;
– very durable material that ensures a certain strength to bumps and drops, and then to any breakages;
– ADR certificate with P650 drop tests carried out specifically with blood bags (blood components).

B- capacity up to 20 blood bags of 450 ml (code 45600601);
Tertiary container for the transport of blood components with a capacity of up to 10 blood bags

– Container with handle and an internal pocket for inserting refrigeration plates;
– Prints in accordance with ADR;
– Closure: zip with possibility of tamper-proof security closure
Tertiary container for the transport of blood components with a capacity of up to 20 blood bags
Dimensions: 42 x 34 x 32 cm
Capacity: n ° 1 secondary container of 20 blood bags of 450 ml.
Features:
– Container equipped with a shoulder strap for easier transport and two internal pockets for the insertion of cooling plates;
– Prints in accordance with ADR;
– Closure: zip with possibility of tamper-proof security closure
Tertiary container for the transport of blood components with a capacity of up to 20 blood bags with third party temperature test
Dimensions: 43 x 43 x 29 cm.
Capacity: n ° 2 secondary containers of 10 blood bags of 450 ml.
Features:
– Padding that allows a maintenance of the internal temperature suitable for the transport of blood components, biological liquids and biological samples at critical temperatures (-30 ° C, + 4 ° C, + 22 ° C);
– n ° 4 internal side pockets with the possibility of internal or external insertion to the pocket, plus fixing system on the lid for housing water or gel stabilizing cooling elements;
– External pocket for documents;
– Shoulder strap for easy transport by operators;
– Prints in accordance with ADR;
– Closure: zip with possibility of tamper-proof security closure
Accessory: PVC case for the transport and storage of the plasma - 26x16x4 cm
We have designed practical PVC pouches to separate the blood bags when they are inside the secondary container so that, with very low transport temperatures, the bags do not stick together due to the cold.
These cases are inserted in the secondary container.
The material resists temperatures between -80 ° C and + 60 ° C also due to its transparent color allows the operator health viewing the content in order to monitor the possible breakage of the transported blood bags.
Accessory: PVC case for the transport and storage of the plasma - 33x14x3 cm
We have designed practical PVC pouches to separate the blood bags when they are inside the secondary container so that, with very low transport temperatures, the bags do not stick together due to the cold.
These cases are inserted in the secondary container.
The material resists temperatures between -80 ° C and + 60 ° C also due to its transparent color allows the operator health viewing the content in order to monitor the possible breakage of the transported blood bags.
